MTX Performance Return Policy

Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition as received — unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

• In their original packaging with all included accessories and labels

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

How to start a return
To request a return, email sales@mtxperformance.ca with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for sending the item back.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages and order issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact sales@mtxperformance.ca within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue. Please keep all packaging materials and provide photos when possible.

Non-returnable items

• Parts that have been installed, used, painted, or modified

• Electrical components once opened

• Fluids, oils, or hazardous materials

• Custom or special-order items

• Gift cards and clearance or final-sale products

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct part.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact sales@mtxperformance.ca.

Fitment responsibility
Buyers are responsible for verifying correct vehicle fitment before purchase. Installed items cannot be returned.
