Shipping Information

MTX Performance ships performance and OEM-grade parts to every province and territory in Canada. All orders are fulfilled from Canadian warehouses — no cross-border sourcing, no customs fees, and no surprise charges at your door.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 CAD

Orders totalling CAD $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping to any Canadian address. The threshold applies to the order subtotal after any discounts, before taxes.

Orders below CAD $99 are charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order. While order CAD $99 and over have free shipping.

Delivery Timelines

Most in-stock orders are delivered within 2 business days coast to coast. Delivery windows are estimates and apply to business days only — weekends and statutory holidays are not counted.

Standard timeline by region:

  • Ontario and Quebec: 1 to 2 business days
  • British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan: 2 to 3 business days
  • Atlantic provinces (NS, NB, PEI, NL): 3 to 5 business days
  • Territories (YT, NT, NU): 5 to 10 business days

Delivery estimates apply to in-stock items only. If an item in your order is not immediately available, you will be contacted before dispatch with an updated timeline.

Every order ships from within Canada. You will never be asked to pay customs brokerage fees, import duties, or cross-border handling charges on any MTX Performance order — regardless of your province or the value of your order.

This is a direct advantage over retailers who source from US warehouses and route orders through the border. With MTX Performance, what you pay at checkout is the final amount.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing timeline:

  • Order confirmation sent immediately by email upon checkout
  • Dispatch confirmation and tracking number sent within 24 hours of fulfillment
  • Tracking link is active within a few hours of carrier scan

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Use the link in the confirmation email to monitor your shipment directly with the assigned carrier.

If you placed an order while logged into your account, tracking details are also accessible from your order history in your MTX Performance account dashboard.

If your tracking number has not updated within 48 hours of receiving it, contact us — occasional carrier scan delays can occur and we will verify the status of your shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with damaged packaging or an incorrect part, take the following steps before contacting us:

  • Photograph the outer packaging before opening it
  • Photograph the item inside the box, including any visible damage
  • Note any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was received

Email sales@mtxperformance.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos. We will arrange a replacement or resolution without requiring you to return the damaged item in most cases.

Shipping FAQs

Do you ship outside Canada?

MTX Performance currently ships within Canada only. For in-person collection, local pickup is available at our Etobicoke location.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at (905) 538-8474 or sales@mtxperformance.ca. Once a tracking number has been issued, address changes must be handled directly with the carrier.

What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?

The carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection at the nearest depot. MTX Performance is not responsible for parcels that are returned to sender because they were not collected within the carrier's hold period.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received anything. What do I do?

Check with neighbours and any secure delivery location around your property first. If the parcel is not found, contact us at sales@mtxperformance.ca within 5 business days of the reported delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Are there any items that cannot be shipped?

Certain oversized or hazardous items may have shipping restrictions. Any such restrictions are noted on the individual product page. If you are unsure whether an item can ship to your address, contact us before ordering.
