Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. 5. Products & Specialized Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.

• Fitment Guarantee: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

• Track Use Only: Many of our performance components are designed specifically for off-road or track use. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their build complies with local provincial and federal regulations.

• Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

6. Billing & Account Integrity

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability: The Nature of Performance

This is the "fine print" for the fast lane. MTX Performance provides high-grade components, but the way they are used is beyond our control.

• Installation: We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or mechanical failures resulting from the improper installation of parts. We strongly recommend all components be installed by a certified technician.

• Risk: You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. In no case shall MTX Performance, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or engine failure.
